Product Overview

Multi Mill is a high-speed milling and size-reduction machine widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetic, and nutraceutical industries. It is designed for wet and dry granulation, pulverizing, mixing, and shredding of materials with consistent output and minimal heat generation.

Multi Mill ensures uniform particle size distribution, higher productivity, and easy cleaning, making it suitable for GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.

Working Principle

Material is fed into the processing chamber where high-speed rotating blades and a perforated screen achieve size reduction through impact and shear. The final particle size is controlled by changing the screen size. The milled product is discharged through the outlet.
