Product Description

Sparkler Filter Press is a horizontal pressure leaf filter designed for efficient clarification and polishing filtration of liquids with low solid content. It consists of multiple circular filter plates (discs) mounted horizontally on a central shaft and enclosed inside a pressure vessel. The design provides maximum filtration area in a compact space, making it ideal for batch filtration operations.

Working Principle

The slurry or liquid is pumped into the pressure vessel. Under pressure, the liquid passes through the filter media fitted on both sides of each filter disc. Solid particles are retained on the surface of the filter media forming a cake, while the clear filtrate is collected through the outlet. After completion of the cycle, the vessel is opened and the filter cake is removed manually.
